Trade terms
Here you can read our sales- and delivery terms for shopping at boheme.com/boheme.no.
When you shop at our website, you accept our trade terms and enter into a binding agreement between Boheme Europe AS and you as a customer. Trade terms may change and should therefore be read each time you shop.
Boheme Europe AS is a Norwegian company – so all trades are subject to Norwegian law.

Prices
All prices to Norwegian customers are in Norwegian kroner incl. VAT, for the rest of EU they are in EUR incl. Swedish VAT (25 %). Freight is not included, but added on later and will be included in the amount that you see at the end.
Toll charges into the EU will be paid by us.
We reserve the right to correct prices because of price changes and pricing errors on our goods.
We also make reservations on errors in our inventory. If we do not have in stock some of the goods you have ordered, we will send the goods we have and credit the rest. If none of the goods are available we will delete the order.
The goods
There may be discrepancies in color etc. when comparing the goods with the pictures on our site.
Delivery
We deliver our goods by PostNord in Norway and by BRING pickup parcel in the rest of EU. We offer delivery to home, company address or parcel shop in Norway. For the rest of EU we offer the service that BRING has in your country.
Normal delivery time in Norway is 2-7 working days.
Delivery time outside Norway is 5-20 working days.
Maximum delivery time is 4 weeks from order time. If the goods have not been delivered by that time, the customer may cancel the order without charges.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Klarna. Either by card or pay later.
We take payment from your Klarna account/card at the time your order is shipped.
Shipping
We charge 59,- NOK for shipping within mainland Norway. Shipping charges to Svalbard and Jan Mayen have to be agreed upon in advance.
For the EU we charge 10,- EUR in shipping. We now deliver to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy.
For not collected packages that is returned to us - we will invoice you € 30,- for the EU and 200,- NOK for Norway and send the difference back to your credit card.
Right of withdrawal
Private customers has a 14 days cooling off period with Boheme.com. The cooling off period expires 14 days after you have received the goods.
Cooling off period on purchases from 20.november to 20.desember is 15th of January.

You may use the form sent with the goods (Norway only), but it is not mandatory
To keep your right of withdrawal it is adequate that you send us a message informing us of your intent to exercise your right before the cooling period is out.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will get a refund on the amount the goods and shipping cost at the time of purchase – with the exception of any shipping cost exceeding our lowest standard rate. The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the goods.
You have to return the goods or deliver them to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns
Return freight is paid by the customer. If you use our return system from PostNord we will debit your account with 59,- NOK for Norway. Contact us and get a return label sent by e-mail.
For customers in the rest of Europe you may choose to use any shipping method – at your expense.
The customer has to make sure the goods are properly packaged before sending.
The goods have to be returned in the same condition as you received them. They should be in the original packaging with all labels on and without odor or marks. They must not be washed.
If the packaging is broken the goods will be considered used.
If you return used goods we will estimate a used value on the goods and credit this to you.
Guarantee
If you have received faulty goods from us, you can make a complaint within 2 year of receiving the goods. This right requires that you notify us within reasonable time of discovering the fault.
We will then ask for a documentation (picture) of the fault. Please contact us on e-mail with the picture attached and we will inform you how to proceed. Be aware that wear due to excessive use or damage from incorrect use or washing will void your guarantee.
Complaints
Complaints should be directed to Boheme Europe AS within reasonable time. If no solution is reached, the customer may contact their local consumer center.
